The Wait is finally over!!! Formerly known as Refer – Surat’s Textile Directory is now Refer Textile App. We have dropped the word “Surat” and “Directory” because now we are not just restricted to only Surat Textile Market or directory features.

Refer has grown to become India’s Naya Textile Bazaar. It enables textile traders across India to connect, view and share their design with one another.

The app has already listed around 100,000 textile trades from all over India which are now categorised as Wholesalers or Retailers and the products they deal in.We now open the whole textile market for both Wholesalers as well as retailers. This will not only increase the trading in the market but will also increase transparency. Each party can search and connect to his existing party or a new party with just a click.Once wholesaler and Retailer becomes friends on Refer, Wholesaler can showcase his designs to his trusted Retailer friend on his mobile in systematic way and Retailer can see his wholesaler friends’ entire shop on his mobile device. Here wholesaler has special uploading rights where Retailers have viewing rights. Retailers will stay updated with the latest designs available with the wholesaler on real time basis.
There is no need to send pictures using Whatsapp or any other app and also your pictures remain safe.

We have given utmost importance to Wholesalers’ design security. User should keep in mind that all the wholesalers’ design photos will be shown only to his trusted friends on Refer. Retailers cannot save or share the same, even if retailer try to take screenshot of the design, wholesaler will be informed for the same.
